The second-to-last episode of “Game of Thrones” aired Sunday night on HBO and it apparently included a brief cameo by Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
It was reported last week that Rodgers would be making an appearance, so everyone watching was keeping their eyes open for the two-time NFL MVP.
Now, there aren’t going to be any spoilers here, as I’m only midway through Season 3 of the show. And yes, I know I’m a little late to the party.
On Sunday night, Rodgers posted this message to his Instagram account, confirming his appearance on the show: “It was just for a few seconds, but I’ll always be thankful to have been on the penultimate episode of @gameofthrones”
Fans watching the show thought they saw Rodgers as a foot soldier. Check out the third guy in on this photo:
