Separatists seize Aden presidential palace, gov’t military camps

Yemen’s internationally-recognised government says it has lost control of all its military camps in the southern port city of Aden.
It says they have been occupied by UAE-backed southern separatists it has been battling since Wednesday.
Aden is the temporary seat of Yemen’s internationally-recognised government – led by President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
Fighting has been intensifying for the past four days. Dozens of people have been killed.
Al Jazeera’s Laura Burdon-Manley reports.

  1. Aden is the most valuable bargaining chip.
    Possession is 9/10ths of the law : who holds Aden dictates
    largely how the final settlement will look.
    My money is on the Saudi's opponents : they have the motivation.
    What are the Saudi/Presidential Guard fighting for ? a corrupt leader who hides abroad ?
